IF YOU ARE A SENIOR AGENT
We’re looking for agents with experience that know Lake Garda’s real estate market and its characteristics well. As a Senior you’ll get the chance to manage two junior agents on your own, besides receiving generous financial treatment proportional with the outcome and the value your team brings to the agency.
IF YOU ARE A JUNIOR AGENT
We all started from the bottom: today you get the chance to join our team, work side-by-side with very expert agents, and above all, to receive excellent training. Stefano Bortoletto, owner and agent with 28 years of experience will teach you everything you need to become a successful agent; plus, we’ll also offer you complete professional training, thanks to the collaboration with Giuseppe De Marino and Roberto Giangregorio, expert sales agents from Studio GR.
